Barramundi with Lemon Myrtle
Australia · Oceania

Barramundi with lemon myrtle pairs the fish with ground lemon myrtle and citrus seasoning. In the preparation published by SDN Children’s Services, a barramundi fillet is dressed with olive oil, ground lemon myrtle and lemon juice before cooking.[1]
The fish goes skin-side down into a pan with bubbling butter. More lemon myrtle and lemon juice season the upper surface. Once the skin has browned, the fillet is turned to finish cooking. The published serving combines the fish with cooked rice and seasonal steamed vegetables.[1]
