Refund policy
VIP archive access is delivered digitally after Stripe confirms payment. Refunds are available in the clear cases below.
Eligible refunds
Refunds are granted for duplicate purchases, VIP access failures that cannot be resolved promptly, accidental purchase requests made within 7 days, and cases where a refund is required by law.
How to request a refund
Email trevy@gochizu.com with your username, account email, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or checkout reference if available. We may ask for enough account information to verify the purchase.
Access after refund
If a VIP purchase is refunded, VIP archive access, VIP badges, and VIP-only statistics may be revoked for that account.
Timing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds.
