Gâteau au yaourt

Gâteau au yaourt combines plain yogurt with flour, sugar, eggs, neutral oil and baking powder. The emptied yogurt pot serves as a measure for the flour, sugar and oil. The ingredients are mixed into a smooth batter and baked in a greased, floured mould.[1]
