Te bua toro ni baukin combines grated pumpkin, shredded cabbage and canned meat in a baked dish. Good Food on Bad Plates’ tested version mixes these with flour, baking powder, powdered milk and lemon juice. The mixture is placed in a greased baking dish and cooked in the oven.^[1]
