Mici

Mici are small Romanian grilled rolls of minced meat. JamilaCuisine’s recipe combines finely minced beef and sheep meat with bone stock and garlic. Thyme, cumin, coriander, allspice and sweet paprika season the mixture, which also contains baking soda.[1]

The stock is mixed into the meat until a cohesive, sticky paste forms. After chilling, the mixture is shaped and grilled. Jamila’s preparation uses beef neck and belly with sheep leg.[1]
