Bánh mì chảo

Bánh mì chảo is a pan-served bread meal with eggs, pâté and sausage. In Nisshin Seifun Welna’s recipe, eggs are cracked over a minced-meat pasta sauce in the pan, with pâté and sausage added beside them. Spring onion, coriander and pepper finish the dish, which is eaten with bread.[1]

Ajinomoto Vietnam’s Món Ngon Mỗi Ngày version uses thinly sliced beef seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, sugar and pepper. Smoked sausage is fried first, followed by the beef and eggs; sausage, pâté and cheese slices are then added to the pan. Its suggested accompaniments include sliced cucumber and tomato.[2]
