samosa chaat

Samosa chaat is a north Indian street-food preparation in which samosas are broken up and combined with chana masala, a spiced chickpea curry. Potato-filled samosas are commonly used. The samosas may be fried, baked or air-fried before the chaat is assembled.[1]

Green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney and a spicy red chutney can be spooned over the samosa and chickpeas. Chopped onions, chaat masala, coriander and lemon juice add further flavour. Yogurt or sev may be added. The chaat is assembled shortly before serving so the samosa retains some crispness.[1]
